We take full responsibility and agree to indemnify DHL, its staff, DHLPOINT towards any misuse of the service location by me or my staff using third-party DHL which is deemed illegal and I agree to compensate DHL, customer all charges, losses including any legal fees for misusing the official service point location by not using official platform DHLPOINT.COM.

I understand by using official service point my location is always protected and customers are protected too. I agree no liquid, not more than 2 batteries, no bank card, no cheque are allowed, no refunds will be provided once driver has scanned and picked up parcel. I note, each parcel from my shop will be verified using driver scans, also DHLPOINT reserves right to send mystery customers at any time, incase of any misuse, I take full responsibility and indemnify as described above and will be permanently suspended.
I note suspension or closure resulting due to misuse and using illegal DHL or third party will not release us from the liability of my past bookings.
Furthermore, it's been confirmed and agreed that no PUDO parcels (customer drop off or driver drop off) coming to our shop is opened and remains exclusive property of customer/DHL, incase of formal investigation or complaint we will cooperate by providing CCTV.
